For this ride we opted to take the back roads towards Maysville do to the US 60 yard sale in order to avoid a lot of stop and go traffic. On this ride you cover a lot of rolling hills and river valleys with tons of beautiful farm land. there are a couple of areas under going construction in the Lewis/Flemming county areas on US 52 so mind that. We had decided to ride to Maysville in order to find my buddy a new helmet at the Maysville Honda shop (great shop by the way). We decided to head south toward Mount Sterling to introduce the same friend to the greatest chili cheese dog I've ever eaten. I ended up looking at the map on my phone for about 2 minutes and we had the idea to take back roads to Sharpsburg and head toward Mount Sterling, well long story short we ended up in Carlisle because we got lost (to me that's part of the fun) but we eventually made it back toward Mount Sterling and Berryman's.
On this map I added some more location other than Berryman's to introduce what I like to call the Kentucky Foodie Trail, there are a ton of good places to eat following US 60 basically from Olive Hill to Mount Sterling (I'm sure there are more, I've just not found them yet)
Things to keep in mind:
Farm Land: so cattle, farm equipment, Ect...
Fuel
Loose Gravel
about 20 miles of Highway traffic
